  • 2007-06-15 Laurence and Chinese Art — Laurence: As some of you know, I've been collecting modern Chinese art. One of my pieces is now on loan to the Newark museum. Here is a link to the show. Check it out if you happen to be in the area.
  • 2007-05-01 Alex has graduated from college — According to Spencer, Alex has graduated and got a job in Sprint's headquarters, Overland Park, MO
  • 2007-03-28 Jacob has arrived! — After a bit of work, little Jacob has arrived on 3/28/07 at 1247 AM. He weighed+in at 6 lbs and 2 oz. A little light, because he's a month early. He's +getting oxygen, but everything should be ok.

    JooBee is recovering. Jacob had to have a C-section. Enough about that, check+out the pic of the little cute boy.

  • 2006-09-08 JooBee is expecting!!! — The baby is around 6 weeks old, and the doctor has heard a good heartbeat.
  • 2006-02-13 JooBee and Alan competed on Game Show Network's Lingo, hosted by Chuck Woolery — They did not win, but had lots of fun. The show should air around June.
  • 2005-10-10 Laurence and Ivory return from their long weekend — in Honolulu. Ivory's boss is making so much money this year that he decided to take his small team and their significant others for a quick celebratory trip. We did scuba and all of the touristy stuff including visiting the Dole Plantation, Pali lookout, scuba diving and experiencing their famous luau. This is Ivory's 2nd trip and mine 4th trip to the magical islands.
  • 2005-10-11 Laurence and Ivory sign loan docs — on their condo in Santana Row. Now time to rent it! Open house this weekend. Laura and Chris feel free to stop by!
  • 2005-10-12 Laurence just completed the rehab and sale — of his parents' home in Las Vegas. This home was purchased about 20-years ago for $85K and today it sold for $289K.
  • 2005-09-13 Alan and JooBee move to new house — Alan and JooBee closed escrow on their new house on 9/8/05. We are the proud new owners of 5100 Riverton Ave., #5, North Hollywood, CA 91601. We have not moved in yet, because the place is being remodeled to our liking. Our place in Alhambra is still on the market.
  • 2005-08-30 Laurence and Ivory's New House — They are under contract to purchase a new 2 bed/bath new condominium near Santana Row. We will rent the property for a couple of years and sell it once we get the desired appreciation. Laurence has developed an analytical model for this investment and is willing to share it with anyone interested.
  • 2005-08-28 Alan's HGTV-remodeled Home Open House — Joobee and Alan got very lucky ... and their townhouse was selected by HGTV for a TV-show remodeling project. Now this house is for sale ... And they expect to get a very good price.
  • 2005-08-26 David Wang starts high school — David missed the first day of high school because of the California trip ... but all is well and he is entering a new phase of his life. We all know that he has a deepened sense of goal and purpose.
  • 2005-08-20 Deborah checks in — Deb got set up at the Berkeley dorm and begins her college life. How exciting.
